All of their wooden floors are created in their factories in the province of Treviso where they are created starting from the drying of wood species. This first phase is carried out in latest generation steam ovens to increase the speed and control of the process.

The noble wood planks are then cut and glued to the plywood, ready for the cutting and calibration phase. The latter is one of the most important steps as precision up to a tenth of a millimetre is required. The result is a 2-layer pre-finished product, with 4 or 6 mm of noble wood with perfect joints on 4 sides, ready for installation.

T/G 4 Side Version:
Each plank then has tongue-and-groove joints on all four sides: this installation method ensures a tight and secure fit between the planks, minimizing the possibility of cracks or detachments over time. The planks have a slight bevel on the edges. This aesthetic detail not only adds visual depth to the floor, but also helps visually define each individual plank, enhancing the overall look of the flooring.
