With 25 years in the interior design industry, Suzanne Connor has cultivated a rare blend of vision, precision, and fearless reinvention. A designer at heart and a strategist by instinct, she’s spent her career refining the art of sourcing, storytelling, and building bridges between creatives and commerce.
As the founder of Bottega Brio, she created more than a platform, it’s a movement. One that celebrates artistry and brings global makers into the spotlight.
Suzanne now leads a life by design: traveling the world, discovering talent, and helping others do the same. Her mission is simple, to be the catalyst for creatives to scale their impact, tell their story, and live their legacy.

Designer & Visual Storyteller
A SCAD-trained furniture designer with a BFA and a finely tuned eye, Lulu brings an artful approach to every detail—blurring the line between form and feeling.
At Bottega Brio, she designs beyond the object—contributing to our visual language, creative direction, and product development with equal parts intuition and intention. Her work bridges the conceptual with the functional, ensuring every piece tells a story worth remembering.

Office Manager & Procurement Lead
Teri is the steady hand behind the scenes, orchestrating the logistics, timelines, and day-to-day operations that keep Bottega Brio running like a well-oiled (and beautifully designed) machine.
With a background in interior design and the multitasking superpowers of a seasoned mom, she brings structure to our creative momentum—managing orders, vendor communications, and client needs with grace, grit, and a sense of humor.
